As the Distribution Services Coordinator you will provide administrative and coordination support for the department. As a subject matter expert, you will maintain manuals and resource materials, write, and ensure accuracy of content, and participate in a variety of projects and initiatives.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary liaison for the senior management team and collaborating with business partners to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Providing distribution support, including recognition and awards, forms and manual maintenance, approvals, and regular interactions with Agency.
  • Managing communication and bulletins, including developing key messages and distributing information to appropriate audiences.
  • Working with the Distribution Insights and Analytics team to provide support and service as required.
  • Managing various programs and initiatives and executing related tasks, such as writing communications, distributing correspondence, and updating corporate intranet sites.

  • You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.

To join our team:

  • You have three years of experience in business, insurance, or a related field.
  • You have a post-secondary diploma in a related discipline.
  • You have experience using SharePoint and corporate intranet sites, including Source.
  • You have familiarity with Distributions Services and the Agency model.
  • Having working knowledge of insurance concepts, regulatory requirements and legal contract management is an asset.
