As the Data Modelling and Reporting Analyst you will play a key role in creating alignment for the Advisor compensation program through enhanced data analytics. You will be responsible to develop analytical methodologies using the Distribution Transformation Data Model (DTDM) and will support the evolution and implementation of a community-footprint based program. You will identify and report on key compensation drivers, ensure accuracy of program incentives, and conduct research to ensure the model remains up to date and in alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Providing analytics on the Distribution Transformation Data Model (DTDM), identifying key compensation drivers, and sharing insights that support strategic decision making.
Partnering with project teams to assess impacts of strategic initiatives, offering consultative support for projects, and identifying opportunities or obstacles to align the Advisor Compensation program with guiding principles.
Developing key compensation drivers for Agency profiles and performing data validation controls to ensure the integrity of reporting is maintained.
Creating and managing compensation reporting and ensuring alignment with changing preferences or behaviours, corporate strategy and key compensation drivers.
Monitoring external factors that impact Advisor behaviour and compensation, assessing the magnitude of impacts and collaborating with leadership teams to present and identify solutions.
You will travel occasionally.

You have five years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Project Management or Information Technology.
You have a post-secondary degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline.
You have or are working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA) designation(s).
You have working knowledge of statistical techniques, project management methodologies, data analytics and business intelligence tools.
